ARTZT vitality® Mini Stability Trainers
Developed for use in rehabilitation and to prevent injuries, ARTZT vitality® Mini Stability Trainers permit independent movements of the forefoot and hindfoot in order to improve ankle stability.
The combination of interchangeable immobile and mobile therapy panels makes it possible to complete both static and dynamic exercises.
The separate use of the forefoot and hindfoot (dissociation) in a complex, natural movement pattern is unique.
In addition to coordinative aspects and strength training, the main focus is on kinaesthetic perception.
The four panels made of solid plastic with an area of 10 cm x 10 cm are fully portable in order to purposefully practice reactive adaptation capabilities to movement changes in numerous different ways.
